5 Smith Street, CYGNET

Please note: this property has been subdivided, and at the time of advertising, a boundary fence is not in place. Although a boundary fence will eventually be in place to provide separation from neighbouring blocks, it will not necessarily include front fencing or wing fences. Over the course of the tenancy, there could be further works related to the subdivision occurring on neighbouring blocks and eventually building works. A plan is included in the photos, showing the subdivided blocks in relation to this home. This three-bedroom one bathroom stone cottage that has new and old-world charm is available on the rental market for a 12-month lease initially. The modern kitchen features a freestanding cooktop and electric oven, good cupboard space with overhead cabinetry, a kitchen island, and stainless-steel dishwasher. There are wooden floorboards to the living area, giving the home a rustic feel. The home is kept warm with a wood fire and split system reverse cycle air conditioner to the lounge area. There is a separate sitting or dining room at the back of the home, with the third bedroom and bathroom located off it. The bedrooms are generously sized with built in robes. The third and smaller bedroom does not have built in robes and would make a perfect study. The bathroom/laundry has claw foot bathtub, a separate corner shower and linen storage. At any stage before or during the tenancy, tenants wishing to keep a pet at the property will be required to seek the owner's consent using the approved application form. Showings will be arranged, and we look forward to showing you through.
