Located in the well-connected inner-south suburb of Dutton Park, this property is perfectly positioned for those needing easy access to The University of Queensland via the Eleanor Schonell Bridge, the PA Hospital, and Brisbane City. South Bank, Woolloongabba and West End are also within close reach, making this a convenient base for students, health professionals, and city workers. This is a fully furnished property offering private, lockable rooms with shared kitchen and living areas. Room 3 is a standard-sized room with a double bed and reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. Your electricity, internet and water are included within your weekly rental price. Due to Brisbane City Council and Queensland Fire Compliance all rooms are single occupancy only (i.e. no couples, no children). As this is a Rooming Accommodation house it is not suitable for pets.
