Absolutely gorgeous furnished home with ocean views and a lap pool. Located on one of Sunrise Beach's best streets, this private and luxurious home has everything you want for a more than comfortable staycation. Fully furnished and well-appointed, all you need to bring is your suitcase and your surfboard and maybe a cold beverage to enjoy on the deck overlooking the ocean. The home is ultra-private from the street with access through the double timber gates or double garage to a landscaped courtyard. As you enter the home there are two generous bedrooms on the immediate left and right of the entry way, one with it's own ensuite. Moving past these front bedrooms and the guest powder room, your eyes are immediately drawn to the view of the ocean. The main living area upstairs is open plan with large windows and stacker doors allowing expansive views of the ocean. The kitchen has an island bench, plenty of storage and preparation space, appliance hutch and large corner pantry. Living and dining areas allow plenty of space for friends and family to mingle, and there is a large deck running the entire width of the house overlooking both the lap pool on the lower level, and the boats and surfers, (or whales if you are lucky) frolicking in the ocean beyond. Recliners and a large table with 8 seats next to the BBQ give plenty of options for rest or relaxation. On the opposite side of the house to the entry hall is another bedroom and large main bathroom with spa bath and shower. The lovely master suite is also on this side with a good size ensuite, and ocean views to accompany your morning cup of coffee in bed. The upper level has electric blinds on the ocean side of the house if you feel like delaying sunrise for a while, and there is ducted air-con throughout the top level of the home. Downstairs is a huge second living area with it's own wet bar and fridge, and access out to the lap pool. There is also a large laundry incorporating a shower, a separate toilet, and an outdoor shower to wash the sand off before hopping in the pool. There are roller blinds on every window to keep some of the heat out in summer. Garden maintenance and pool servicing is included. Tenants are to pay for electricity and set up their own internet connection. A 6 - 9 month lease is available for the right applicant.
