Room 5 is a private, furnished room featuring a double bed and your own ensuite bathroom. The room is lockable for your security and comfort. All rooms in this property are private and individually lockable, with shared areas such as the kitchen and laundry professionally cleaned. Your electricity, internet and water are included within your weekly rental price. Due to Brisbane City Council and Queensland Fire Compliance, all rooms are single occupancy only (i.e. no couples, no children). As this is a Rooming Accommodation house, it is not suitable for pets.
