Large open-plan apartment (62 Square Metres). Recently renovated apartment, bathroom and kitchen have some stunning fixtures and fittings. Brass taps, wooden worktop, feature polished concrete floor embedded with stones. Own deck area. Private entrance through sliding doors with linen curtains for privacy. Three long windows run throughout the space and have blinds for privacy. The area is quite private anyway. Close to both the town and shops (only 2 min drive to Town or Woolworths/shops) and in a quiet cul-de-sac with very little through traffic. An easy and enjoyable walk or bike into town or shops. This recently renovated apartment has been built onto the side of our lovely family home (2 adults and 1 child). The adjoining walls to the main property have been soundproofed. It is very well insulated with a ceiling fan for the hotter months. It is a completely private space. We have fitted a smoke alarm. The space is bright and painted white with feature walls/shelves. There is plenty of room for a dining area and lounge area. Adjustable (dimmer feature) lights to create nice lighting/ambience throughout main living areas. Roadside parking (there is always plenty of space to park directly outside of the property). We are ideally looking for a single person/individual rather than a couple to enjoy living in, and taking care of this beautiful apartment. We like to live a relatively quiet life and are looking for a tenant who also values this and is therefore not partying or entertaining large groups of people etc. The apartment is unfurnished. The apartment does have a smart TV mounted on the wall, fridge/freezer, and an oven and hob. The apartment and grounds are non-smoking.
